Dr Pradesh Kumar read Medicine at the University of Dundee, Scotland. After graduation, he trained in Surgery at Newcastle-upon-Tyne and London, completing the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow (MRCS) examinations in 2002. After a short stint in basic science research at University College London, he pursued Radiology training in Portsmouth where he obtained the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) qualification. He subsequently specialized in Interventional Radiology at Southampton General Hospital. In 2012, he was appointed as a Consultant Interventional Radiologist in Liverpool. In 2017, he joined Singapore General Hospital and served as Senior Consultant Interventional Radiologist and Clinical iAssistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. He currently practises as a Consultant Radiologist at Sunway Medical Centre where his area of interest includes performing Hepatobiliary and Interventional Oncology procedures.
