Refund Policy – MYSIR Annual Scientific Meeting 2026

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund process.

Please take note of the following terms regarding delegate registration refunds:

1. Refund Requests Before 1st June 2026

Refunds will be accepted for requests made on or before 1st June 2026. However, please note that all approved refunds will be subject to a deduction for transaction/processing fees incurred during the registration process.

2. Refund Requests After 1st June 2026

No refund requests will be entertained after 1st June 2026, under any circumstances. This includes no-shows, late cancellations, or changes in personal circumstances.

3. Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, delegates must submit a written request via email to the Secretariat with proof of registration and payment. Refunds will be processed after the ASM.

4. Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place. Substitution requests must be made in writing and submitted before 15th June 2026.
