Khairul Azmi Abd Kadir

Associate Professor Dr. Khairul Azmi Hj Abd Kadir is Head of Department of Biomedical Imaging and Neurointerventional Radiology at University Malaya Medical Centre. He completed his under and post graduate studies from Premier University of Malaysia, University of Malaya. He was trained in Therapeutic and Interventional Neuroradiology and obtained his Fellowship from Hacettepe University Hospital, Ankara, Turkey. Associate Professor Dr. Khairul Azmi subspecialises in intracranial aneurysms endovascular treatment, brain vascular malformation and tumour embolization, angioplasty and stenting of arterial stenosis including carotid stenting and acute stroke intervention. In addition to his teaching, research and clinical activities Professor Dr. Khairul Azmi is a member of a number of local, national and international committees. He published in numerous peer review journal and presenting in local and international conferences.
