Loi Kai Seng

Speaker's Bio

Dr. Loi Kai Seng is an Interventional Radiology Fellow at Hospital Kuala Lumpur. He earned his MBBS from the University of Cyberjaya in 2013 and a Master of Radiology from the University of Malaya in 2022. In 2024, he completed a short fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Seoul National University Hospital under a KSIR scholarship. Dr. Loi previously served as a Clinical Radiologist at Hospital Umum Sarawak and has clinical experience at UMMC, Hospital Sibu, and Hospital Ampang.
