What an incredible journey we’re about to embark on together! It’s my absolute pleasure to invite you to the Malaysian Society of Interventional Radiology (MYSIR) Annual Scientific Meeting 2025, happening from 18th to 21st June 2025 at UiTM Puncak Alam. Under this year’s theme—“Establishing Foundations, Aspiring Excellence”—we’ll celebrate the strides we’ve made in Interventional Radiology (IR) and set the stage for an even brighter future. As your Scientific Chairperson, I’m beyond excited to unveil a program crafted to inspire, challenge, and connect IR professionals at every stage of their careers. We kick things off on 18th June with a hands-on pre-congress workshop, where you’ll sharpen your skills with the latest IR techniques. Then, from 19th – 21st June, dive into two dynamic scientific tracks covering everything from Interventional Oncology to Vascular & Non-Vascular Interventions—plus essential Basic IR Skills for those newer to the field. But this year, we’re shaking things up! Get ready for brand-new sessions designed to spark creativity and camaraderie:

Career in IR: Navigate the evolving landscape of our specialty.
Tea with IRon Ladies: Connect with inspiring women shaping IR’s future.
IR Games: Test your knowledge in a lively, interactive showdown.

We’ve also assembled an all-star lineup of speakers—both international experts and local pioneers—who’ll share groundbreaking insights and practical wisdom. This is your chance to exchange ideas, debate innovations, and bring fresh perspectives back to your practice.
